𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱, a finish produced from a mill or lathe.

- For basic surface smoothing
- Can be applied to a variety of metals

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, an electrochemical process that removes a thin layer of surface material

- Reduces outgassing on a microscopic level
- Removes contaminants and oxide layers
- Enhances corrosion resistance of the base material

𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, abrasive blasting with fine glass media

- Removes surface contaminants, oxides, and other impurities without altering base properties
- Creates uniform surface texture
- Improves adhesion for surfaces to take on coatings

Ultrasonic Cleaning for Superior Vacuum Performance🧼

An essential step in ANCORP’s manufacturing process is the ultrasonic cleaning bath. This in-house procedure ensures products are free from manufacturing contaminants before packaging, allowing us to deliver vacuum-ready components. Without it, your vacuum system could experience delays in pumpdown time, destabilize pressure readings, or compromise your entire process.

Using high-frequency sound waves, the bath generates microscopic cavitation bubbles that collapse and forcibly remove contaminants from a component’s surface.
