Meatloaf with Brown Gravy - Ground meat with onion,eggs, panko, and seasons, topped with rich brown gravy.

Cordon Blue Mac - The mac is in town, with diced chicken, ham, onion, and Gruyere cheese. Melted to a nice golden brown. It will make your mouth water.

Enchilada Casserole - Ground beef or turkey, onion, bell peppers, green chilies, corn, black beans, and cheddar cheese smothered between layers of flour tortillas topped with are homemade enchilada sauce and more cheddar cheese.

Breakfast Burritos - Scrambled eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat bacon, chorizo, sausage or hash browns. Don’t be afraid to pick a combo. 4$ each.

Big Daddy Burritos- Eggs, ground beef, hash browns, cheese sauce. 4$ each.

Chicken Teriyaki Stirfry Casserole- Shredded chicken, stir fry vegetables, tossed in with streamed rice and a sweet and savory homemade teriyaki sauce. Finished with crispy chow mein noodles.

Creole Manicotti- Grounf chicken and smoked andouille sausage with bell peppers, onions, and celery stuffed into a manicotti shell and smothered in a creole sauce.
