Come join us for Herb Pharm’s Community Herbal Series on July 18th!
Come sip, learn, harvest, and connect with the plants through an Herbal Tea Making Experience, led by our Head of Botanical Affairs, Sarah Hasler and Caretaker of the botanical garden, Sayaka Lean.
We’ll begin with a guided garden walk where we’ll harvest seasonal flowers and herbs straight from the garden.
After gathering our herbs, we’ll come together to taste a selection of freshly prepared herbal teas.
During the tasting, Sarah will guide you through herbal tea preparation, the unique qualities of each herb, and simple ways to create delicious tea blends at home.
In addition to a tea tasting, we will also sample several Herb Pharm tinctures, offering a special opportunity to experience their flavor profiles and learn how tinctures differ from teas in preparation and use.
Registration is required.
The cost is free but suggested $10 donation will be appreciated.
Kindly, please leave pets at home!
This class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to families and children.

A little note from the filming day 🌿
Yesterday, our botanical garden was visited by a gardening YouTuber, and our farm manager and I were interviewed.
The funny part?
There was no script, no rehearsal, and no preparation… just a microphone with a little wood betony attached to it and two plant enthusiasts talking about the plants we love.
We started sharing our favorite plants, stories, and garden moments… and before we knew it, we just couldn’t stop talking!
I’m sure the editor now has a very difficult job trying to turn our endless plant conversations into one beautiful episode. 😂
Can’t wait to see the final video. Stay tuned!
Yesterday, we had a wonderful visit from a gardening YouTuber who came to explore our botanical garden.
The episode will be released in a few months…
We can’t wait to share it with you!
Stay tuned 🌿

This is my 22nd year working with interns.
I was once their age when I first started working at Herb Pharm.
Twenty-two years later, my relationship with them now is often like that of a mother and daughter.
No matter how much time passes or how great the age difference, we remain kindred spirits.
🌿💚 A new crop of interns are ready to bloom on the farm! We’re so excited to welcome our Summer Herbaculture Internship group.
Show them some love in the comments, we’re excited to fill their summer (and minds/hearts) with an abundance of herbal knowledge!

To me, a weirdo is something much more positive.
They are the wonderful, unique people in our community.
The ones whose charm comes from being a little different.
The ones who stay true to what they love and have turned that passion into a business.
Those are the people I want to continue supporting.
To everyone who joined us, at picnic in the garden,
“I’d love to participate again next year,”
is the greatest compliment I could receive as an event organizer. ✨
Thank you all for your support
