w-cost, permanent supportive housing units to assist in the journey from homelessness to home. Residents of our apartments receive case management and life skills classes to help them adapt to life in permanent housing and break the cycle of homelessness. During the holidays, assistance is available to those living at or below the poverty level through Operation Holiday, the region's largest holiday assistance program, operating since the 1950s. In 2020 we served more than 14,000 men, women and children living in and around Wichita with food, pet food, coats, blankets, scarves, gloves and hats and toys.
