Tonight, 6 of our team members got together for one of our team building-staff appreciation events. While we missed a few faces, we still had an amazing time creating, connecting, and stepping away from the day-to-day hustle of salon life.

I try to plan these gatherings every few months because I believe a great team is built on more than just working side by side.

It’s about creating relationships, making memories, and building a culture where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely excited to be part of something special.
