Nov 5th menu.

1st - delicata squash, quail yolk, micro herbs, dried goat brie, turnip cream.

2nd - smoked milk panna cotta, tomato, black garlic, Sherry vinegar syrup, basil, truffle snow

3rd - bass , charred eggplant puree, olive soil, orange, fennel, raisin.

4th - pork jowl, wild sandplum, pickled cherry bomb peppers, fava bean sprouts, lemon grass.

5th - charcoal roasted Pie pumpkin, honey marscapone butter, chocolate espresso bean, spiced tuile
