Evidence-Based Nursing Conference
We are pleased to announce The Third Annual Evidence-Based Nursing Conference planned for Wednesday, April 26th 2017 at The Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex in Wichita, KS from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm hosted by the Epsilon Gamma Chapter-at-Large of Sigma Theta Tau International, a Honor Society of Nursing. Registration will cover continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, and continuing education credits for eligible RNs and LPNs.

Call for Abstracts
Epsilon Gamma Chapter-at-Large of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society invite all interested nurses and nursing students to attend our Fourth Annual Evidence-Based Nursing Conference on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Wichita's WSU Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex. The theme for the 2018 conference will be, “Exploring The Evidence to Address Healthcare Crises.” Nurses and nursing students are encouraged to submit case studies, posters, and abstracts describing challenges, accomplishments and developments in nursing knowledge. Continuing education credits will be available for RNs and LPNs.
Case studies, posters and abstracts should describe up to date original work whether complete or in -progress. Authors and poster presenters are required to register and pay fees to attend the conference. Authors whose case studies or abstracts are selected for oral presentations will be given 30-minute sessions in smaller break out rooms (15-20 minutes presentation with 5-10 minutes for discussion, questions, etc.). Audio-visual equipment will be available. Authors whose abstracts are selected for poster presentations should plan to be available during scheduled viewing times to stand next to their posters and answer questions as needed. No oral presentation is required for poster presenters. Abstract submission is online through the website. Abstract submissions must be received via the online form by December 7, 2017.
