Congratulations to the residents pictured here for successfully completing the Taking a Chance on Change (TCC) program.
TCC is a structured cognitive-behavioral program that may be offered as a self-administered intervention or in an inclusive classroom environment where residents may join others who are committed to working on bettering their lives, being productive with their time, and gaining the skills necessary to help them successfully return to society as law-abiding citizens.
