Opportunity for Applied Learning Position at Ulrich Museum
An applied learning position for graduate students has become available at the Ulrich Museum! The museum is looking for graduate students who would be interested in working in their Education Department starting mid-August of the next academic year. The position would involve assisting with the development of lesson plans that connect current exhibits and the permanent collection to classroom learning, with a particular emphasis placed on creating interdisciplinary curriculum connections between art and subjects such as English, history, mathematics, engineering, and science. Helping facilitate educational experiences for a wide range of audiences, including K-12 school tours and college students, would also be required.
The position would be for 20 hours a week and would pay approximately $14 per hour.
If you have an interest in the position, please email Joshua Elliott at [email protected]
Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer time!
