The bill states, whenever a police officer is in pursuit for any calls, speeding over the posted limit and including burglary calls, the police officers must use lights and sirens on. The lights and sirens are for a reason to help warn citizens of Wichita that they are doing their job to get to a emergency call or in pursuit to stop a crime. This is a benefit fundraiser for PovSolve Run by Saajan Bhakta and a memorial run for SUHANI BHAKTA - a 12 year old angel who was struck by a police car and left us - She was from Wichita - so this gives you two reasons to come out and support the HOLI COLOR RUN/WALK 3K ....
