We know you. You’re a doer. You like to be where the action is. We need someone like you in Downtown Wichita at Bokeh Development.

It’s a part-time gig, just 20 hours a week, because someone as fabulous as yourself should not be on their feet all day. You’ll schedule residential and commercial property showings. You’ll enforce payment and parking rules. You’ll take a break and answer phones and do some filing. You’ll meet many amazing people. This is your opportunity!

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭

🏢 Scheduling showings for property manager. 

🏢Providing educational property tours.

🏢Clerical duties such as filing, answering phones, data entry, etc.
🏢Working with tenants to address issues as needed.

🏢 Answering and addressing lock-out calls.

🏢 Processing payments in-person and online.

🏢 Managing the parking garage including intake, invoicing, monitoring, updates, etc.

🏢 Setting up remotes and fobs.

🏢 Various other tasks as needed.
🏢 And just being you – easiest part of the job!
