Tack Flute Foundation

Hi Flutists, you still have a few hours to save 5 dollars on your registration fee for the Tack Spring Competition. All applications must be submitted by April 13th! See you there!

Have you (or your students) been working hard on your festival solo? Would you like the chance to be rewarded for your hard work? Or maybe just another chance to perform your solo again, or before the State Solo Festival?

Make plans to join us for our Spring Competitions, April 18, 2026 at Friends University.

Open to all Middle School and High School Flutists who live in Sedgwick, Reno, Butler, Sumner, Harvey, Kingman and Cowley counties.

The top 3 High School finishers will receive cash awards thanks to our competition sponsors: Damm Music Center, Lighthouse Music Service, and Wichita Band Instrument Inc.

All performers will receive written comments from the judges (3 comment sheets for high school competitors and 1 sheet for middle school competitors).

Applications completed online before April 8, 2026 save $5.00. All applications must be received before April 13, 2026.
