STRENGTH, STABILITY AND STEADINESS.
This chakra correlates with your overall feeling of being safe and taken care of. This course will offer meditations, yoga asanas, journaling, crystals and essential oils to help to bring balance.
When this chakra is balanced you will have: stillness, feeling of safety + security, stability, vitality, prosperity, good health, well-grounded, sense of trust in the world and the ability to relax and be still.
When it is out of balance you might experience: material fixation, sluggishness, tired, fear of change, addiction to security and rigid boundaries.
Physically you might feel disconnection from body, anxious and restless. It could be hard to settle down and focus.

So many things outside of our control.
How do you work with your own resistance to change?
How do you navigate your own feelings of helplessness?
My coach, Sarah Yost presented these questions and thoughts to me...
I am not entirely sure what to do, but we are going to figure it out.
What and who am I judging? Am I judging myself? What are my own opinions on this and are they facts?
What thoughts am I thinking that are making me FEEL this way?
Do I need to feel this? What is it that the feelings are trying to tell me?
Be still, dear ones. Find the grounded space within yourself.
Sometimes the right answer, is no answer.

What if instead of trying to decrease our unhappiness, we worked to INCREASE our HAPPINESS?
Gay Hendricks addresses this in his book, “The Big Leap”. He says, "We all have a tendency to limit our own happiness because we don't think we deserve for things to go well all the time. These are our “upper limits”." .
Hendricks goes on to say, "That in order to get over these, we have to let ourselves feel positive feelings.".
We are exhausted.
Constantly fighting back your insecurities, self-limiting beliefs and fears every damn day. Just to wake up the next morning to do it all over again.
What if instead of constantly fighting off your anxiety, we work to INCREASE our tolerance for HAPPINESS?
When is the last time you practiced being happy? Do you even remember what happiness feels like? It's ok if you've forgotten. I once forgot too.
Hear me on this, dear one...It is your birthright to feel good. We forget that we are divine beings. You are perfect. You are a goddess. Let's work together to find that light again.
