Conduct activities and programs to benefit low income persons and indirectly benefit the Community and the social welfare of Wichita at large by improving living conditions, including the provision of decent housing; by promoting the development of essential services and business within the 21st Street Community; and to promote recreational opportunities to improve the quality of life and well being within the 21st Street Community. Develop cultural education and recreational events and activities designed to combat discrimination and promote respect and appreciation for the Community’s diverse heritage and cultural elements.
