Nothing like FREE entertainment, and with physical media becoming more and more rare, this is a great opportunity from our friends at BINGE! See if you can score something from them!
Who still uses a DVD player? We are cleaning out our closets and found 1000s of classic DVDs! So we are going to give them away. We have everything from The Lone Ranger to Casper and everything in-between. If you want a few free DVDs like and share this post. We will randomly select winners and mail them to you. If you have teenagers who have the talent to create and want to expand on those skills - an upcoming camp may be suited for them. The team from Destination Innovation will present Camp Destination Innovation, which will be held from June 2nd - 26th at Wichita State Connect on the WSU Campus. We talked Lovette Mba about the camp and how participants will use their abilities to take themselves to the next level!
Calling all readers: The summer reading program is now under way throughout the Wichita Public Library system. From now through July 30th, they invite you to "Unearth a Story" - and if you think it's just for kids, that's not the case. We spoke with WPL Director Jamie Nix about this year's program and what you can expect when you take part!
