Murder charges have been filed against three men involved in a mass shooting at Arcadia Lake in Oklahoma that left one person dead and almost two dozen others injured.

3 men face murder charges in connection with mass shooting at Oklahoma lake The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office announced that 18-year-old Jaylan Davis and 21-year-old Daviion Wyckoff were charged with first-degree murder for their involvement in the shooting.

NEW: An Augusta man who pleaded guilty in connection with the death of his 3-month-old son has been sentenced to three years of post-release supervision.

Butler County District Court Judge David Ricke sentenced Kaleb Hogan to 39 months with credit for time served and with departure granted, leaving 36 months of post-release supervision.

Hogan, a former El Dorado Correctional Facility officer, pleaded guilty last month to involuntary manslaughter for the death of Malykai Hogan on March 23, 2021.

A 50-year-old Florida woman died last month after she was mauled by two dogs belonging to her neighbor, according to the local sheriff's office.

The neighbor, identified as 29-year-old Linda Cutler, was arrested and charged with manslaughter. Her dogs are scheduled to be euthanized.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey said that Cutler “feigned having a heart attack” during the arrest and was taken to a hospital before being booked into jail.
