Butler Co Custom Development

We’ve been putting the final touches on the Rausch Custom in Cheney. This 3,537 square foot home merges mid-century modern with the trappings of a country estate. Designed by John Eck, every detail was considered. From radiant slab heat, tongue & groove cedar siding, an abundance of natural lighting, and hybrid outdoor space, this was a joy to build.
