Please rest assured that we are taking preventative steps towards safeguarding our employees and you, our customers.

We are wiping down and disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces with Clorox wipes multiple times daily. This includes all door handles, railings, counter tops, telephones, computers, and plumbing fixtures.

We are still open our regular business hours, but ask that customers please help our community by taking some extra steps. If you do visit our shop, we ask that you use the hand sanitizer we have provided before handling any instruments. And, of course, please wash your hands before leaving. Let one of our employees know when you are finished playing an instrument, so that he may disinfect the instrument for the next person.

We are also asking folks that if you are not intending to purchase an item, please refrain from handling our instruments. We know this goes against our normal policy...we love to have people play our products. But at this time, we are asking you to minimize your contact with our merchandise.

We are working on a system for disinfecting our violin family instruments. Because most disinfectants are alcohol-based, they can damage varnish on violins, which creates a conundrum. After consulting with medical professionals, we believe we have a system in place that will work.

Our customers' health and safety is important to us. If you prefer social distancing, we are already long established as an online and phone retailer. Call or email for assistance.

Please take care of yourselves and your neighbors!!
