We will call this “The perch” Layered Caesar salad. Chopped romaine lettuce, crushed croutons, grated parm. Steak ,sautéed peaches, tomatoes, and hard boiled egg. I think it turned out pretty good!

Which is now mine and my daughters. Vintage Amber pieces from Poland, Various types of turquoise and other gems from their travels. I wish I could show you more but it’s kept away from myself so I don’t accidentally lose an earring or broach. Yikes. I remember my mom telling me me to be good or she will send me to the Gypsies… maybe that is where they got all of the fabulous jewels I adore.
