With less than a month before the event, are you ready? Here are some training tips from our in-house fitness guru, Emily McVay:

🏊‍♂️ Swimming:
Start slow!
Get in the pool, pace yourself, gradually add distance.
🏃‍♂️ Running:
Start slow with a walk/jog.🚶🏽‍♂️🔜🏃🏽‍♂️
Go in the early morning or evening when it’s cooler. 😓
Hydrate💧💧💧!!!
