Most parents wait WAY too long to start this simple brain-boosting activity… but playing catch is actually one of the EASIEST ways to build your baby’s brain. 🧠✨ Here’s what this tiny game does ⬇️ ✔️ Builds hand–eye coordination This strengthens the brain’s ability to connect what the eyes see with how the body responds. ✔️ Strengthens the cerebellum (balance + focus) The cerebellum handles smooth movement and mental organization—so stronger movement = stronger thinking. ✔️ Improves visual tracking (huge for crawling + reading) Tracking a moving object trains the eyes to work together, a foundational skill for reading readiness. ✔️ Boosts timing + prediction The brain learns to anticipate what happens next, which supports planning, attention, and early problem-solving. ✔️ Helps babies become more confident movers Repetition builds stronger neural pathways, making future milestones smoother and easier.
