My cleans are usually based off of square footage so save money by securing a set rate 🥳

❣️Basic package:

>>typically 3-4 hours (time can vary - if the job is reasonably dirty - no extra charge will be applied. If the home is excessively dirty - I will contact you and discuss appropriate increase in price!)

Every bedroom: dusting furniture & decor, dusting ceiling to baseboard, vacuum, sweep/mop, organizing, mirror cleaning, window sills, light fixtures, light switches, ceiling fans

Bathrooms: sinks, shower wall, tub, outside of the tub, shower head, in/around toilet, dusting, mirror cleaning, window sills, glass cleaning, vacuuming, light fixtures, light switches, sweep/mop & organizing

Living room: dusting furniture, dusting ceiling to baseboard, vacuum, sweep/mop, organizing, mirror cleaning, window sills, light fixtures, light switches, ceiling fans

Kitchen: dishes, wiping down of counters & appliances, dusting, sweep/mop, vacuum as needed, refrigerator face, inside microwave

Will wash sheets/rugs as requested

❣️Deep clean

>>time can vary - typically no less than 6-7hours - sometimes way more. This is a very tedious and time consuming package. Please be prepared for that! If the job is reasonably dirty - no extra charge will be applied. If the home is excessively dirty - I will contact you and discuss appropriate increase in price!

Kitchen: Dishes, wipe down counters & appliances, dusting, sweep/mop, vacuuming as needed, wipe down of chairs/stools, ceiling fans, dusting walls, ceilings and blinds, refrigerator face, inside microwave, base boards (and able to get to), wall cleaning, door trims, doors, stove top vent, cabinet door faces, light fixtures, light switches, take trash out

Living room: Dusting, cleaning of mirrors, base boards, vacuuming, sweep/mop, light fixtures, light switches, dusting blinds, ceiling & walls, vacuum couches, ceiling fans, window sills, headboard, dusting pictures/decor, door trim, doors, gather all trash, wall cleaning & organizing

Bedrooms: Dusting, cleaning of mirrors, base boards, vacuuming, sweep/mop, light fixtures, light switches, dusting blinds, ceiling & walls, vacuum couches, ceiling fans, window sills, headboard, dusting pictures/decor, door trim, doors, gather all trash, wall cleaning & organizing
