WMS CATS Program

So, I'm thinking that the next CATS Saturday class in mid-February would be a good time to experiment with a couple of soup recipes... any ideas? Perhaps a warm vichyssoise and a cream of mushroom, but we may have to settle for King Ranch Chicken, which is always good in cold weather. Ideas?
