On , D4G is thankful for the borehole in Grace Community Center in Kisii, Kenya. The borehole dispenses fresh drinking for the local community, and provides irrigation to the greenhouse. Safe access to clean water is essential in keeping women and girls safe from dangerous situations. D4G advocates for the sustainable management of freshwater resources and we support Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6: water and sanitation for all by 2030.

In honor of International Women's Day, Dignity4Girls celebrates the lives of the 10,000 girls & women we've empowered through access to sustainable menstrual hygiene. Today we celebrate International Day of Charity!

This date, September 5, was chosen in honor of Mother Teresa who passed away in 1997 after a lifetime of humble service. Dignity4Girls honors Mother Teresa's memory by acknowledging our many partners and volunteers who follow in her footsteps by graciously serving others.
