I have been helping a rental company with tenant showings and summer yard checks, and I have been in some cool neighborhoods. Today was Wash Park, and oh what a view.

I highly recommend driving the East side of the park on Franklin Street. Amazing houses, and stunning views.

So 9 years later! Her teeth ROCK! No wisdom teeth (thank you Bompa).

So this kid can ROCK! She plays piano, can readish, but she can HEAR this music! I snuck a listen... oh yes! Our young lady can SING too! I am soooooooo f%&cken proud! As a momma, a musician and someone with a degree who has an ear! Maybe a little skill!

Did I mention she picked up a guitar last week. First time. And she played a Beatles song barely understanding this new instrument!

She comes from amazing on both sides, and we are both so proud of our kiddo (young lady, always our babbbbbby girl!)

Best jar sauce... in my opinion! Made with Italian tomatoes (Roma). No CRAP! When homemade is not an option!
