The starting point of all achievement is desire. And because of you...

You give us the honor to navigate your wellness journey.
You share with us and are open and vulnerable about your physical, mental, and emotional pain.
And most of all, you trust our care, our knowledge, and our experience.

Denver Deep was created from the desire to serve, and you have given us the space to let that desire grow.

From the deepest depths of our "soles", thank you for being with us... every step of the way.

Because everything is better when it's deeper... get under our feet, here: www.denverdeep.com.

The answer is yes:A Denver Deep Ashiatsu Massage is going to be a different bodywork session than you have ever experienced before.

Our version and application of Ashiatsu Massage isn't "kneady" in comparison to traditional, hands-on modalities of bodywork.

Think slow and steady with consistent, deep, and broad pressure. The work will pe*****te the deeper layers of your connective tissue and assist your joints in realigning into neutral placements.

Because our work is focused on applying deep pressure and stretching into Your muscles and fascia, together, we can achieve the goal of releasing tension and improving your mobility.

Are you ready?

Let's do this.

We always live here: www.denverdeep.com.

We get it: surgery can be scary. But the more you know and prepare yourself, you can create greater ease.

Here are a few tips that our clients have shared with us about how they have prepared for upcoming surgeries:

1. Learn about the procedure using reliable medical sources.

2. Before meeting with your doctors and surgeons, prepare a list of questions. You won't miss anything important if your questions are listed on hand.

3. Plan your pain management with your doctors and surgeons. Creating a plan is a vital key to a fast recovery.

4. Have a social support system and connection -these two pieces will directly impact the healing process.

5. Ashiatsu Massage can be an effective tool before and after surgery; however, checking in with your healthcare providers to determine if deep tissue bodywork (*extra deep tissue) is indicated for your specific procedure is essential.

We will ask you 1000+ questions to ensure your wellness and safety with our method of bodywork.

Questions for us? We got you. Send them here:
