They are also processed at a younger age, resulting in smaller portion sizes that we feel are more cost-effective for our customers. Our beef can be compared to Olathe Sweet Corn, Rocky Ford Cantaloupe, and Texas Grapefruit, in that it is only available once a year, in the fall. We process our cattle in October, which would allow us to deliver our product to you around the end of October. To prevent processing more beef than we can sell, we require a deposit in advance to reserve your order. As in the past, we offer delivery of our product to the Denver Metro area, Ft. Collins, and the Laramie area. If you live outside of this area, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
