Our class offerings this week.

We are re-branding to that of our parent company, . We are still the connected, unpretentious studio space that you have come to trust and love, with a new look.

We are proud to offer several types of classical yoga practice that emphasizes alignment over achievement and modifies to all bodies and needs.

Our teachers have over 75 years of combined practice--and life experience to back up our decades of training. This is the "real deal"--effective, working on multiple levels at once.

Karen's Wednesday Kundalini class is now at 10:00am
Lisa's Wednesday Restorative class is now at 6:00pm.
Tiffany added a Thursday class: Strength & Stability for Hypermobility at 4:30pm.
Tiffany added a Sunday class: The Deeper Work at 10:00am.
