Meet one of our new practitioners!
Anna M. Pergola brings over 30 years of expertise as a Qigong instructor, sharing her knowledge through workshops across Colorado with organizations such as Jefferson County Public Schools, the Colorado Department of Education, and the Tennyson Center for Children. Her extensive background includes work with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and The Consortium for Older Adult Wellness, where she led evidence-based fall prevention training using Taiji Quan (Tai Chi) protocols. Anna’s holistic approach extends to collaborations with licensed behavioral therapists, incorporating Qigong into integrative programs for addiction recovery, emotional regulation, and stress management.
Beyond her Qigong practice, Anna curates custom-designed tea tasting experiences, offering ""enlightenment in a cup"" and fostering a deep appreciation for global tea culture. Her passion for teaching and personalized care ensures that every session—whether private instruction, group coaching, or a bespoke presentation—is uniquely tailored to inspire and empower.
