One of our favorite transformations to date! Our lovely patient was born without laterals on the upper arch. From a young age she was unhappy with the appearance of her smile. After seeing her transformation she was so thrilled that she cried 🥹 a river of happy tears! Fun fact our lovely patient is a twin! Unfortunately her twin was also born without her laterals!
