22, of Milwaukie, Ore.; assigned to 40th Engineer Battalion, Baumholder, Germany; killed June 17 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Humvee during combat operations in Ramadi, Iraq. Also killed was Sgt. Reyes Ramirez.

31, of Gladewater, Texas; assigned to 1st Battalion, 10th Aviation Regiment, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died June 5, in Khost province, Afghanistan, of injuries suffered as the result of an OH-58D helicopter crash.

Gunner's Mate Seaman Connor Alan McQuagge, of Utah, died May 26 from a noncombat-related injury. McQuagge, 19, was assigned to the landing ship dock Harpers Ferry, forward deployed to the Red Sea.
