We are so grateful that these strong, dedicated ladies continually show up for themselves & that they incorporate Studio Beyond into their self care routine.

They chose to spend an hour of thier day with us!! During the BUILD + RESTORE class (offered Tuesday/Thursday @ 10:45) we slow down and take our time doing the work + building our strength, then finding the stillness with stretches that restore us & our bodies.
