First Tri in the books 🙌🏻 little know fact about me…I have a huge fear of open water swimming ( those who know me know). I had a full blown panic attack during the swim and basically survived on back stroke and frogger! It was honestly the worst, scary and frightening outer body experience I have ever had. I knew I had to get on my bike as fast as possible to calm down…which is exactly what happened. I’m not over my fear of swimming but I did it and overcoming my fear will hopefully be something I work on all summer. Celebrating the wins in life is what it is about ❤️! Thanks to my team!
