Senior Inclusion Program Carroll County Government

The Senior Inclusion Program is a unique program in the State of Maryland, offering a retirement program for the developmentally disabled in the the community setting of the Westminster Senior Center. Licensed by the State of Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration, the Senior Inclusion Program gives participants the same kind of retirement experiences that all seniors enjoy.
