Roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of clay! In this fun two-day youth workshop, participants will learn clay hand-building techniques to create a one-of-a-kind coil pot inspired by their favorite animal. During the first session, youth will build their piece using low-fire clay, and in the second session, they’ll glaze and add colorful finishing touches. Finished pieces can be used as a planter or decorative artwork, picked up later, and even entered into the fair!

The workshop will take place on June 17, 10 AM–2 PM and July 1, 10 AM–2 PM at the Extension Office. Participants must attend both sessions and should bring a lunch each day. The program cost is $20 (cash or check) or $20.96 (credit). Limited spots are available. This workshop is for youth 10 years and older

Soft pretzels and focaccia?! What a fun night for our 4-H members at the Carroll County Career and Tech Center!
Thank you so much to Mrs. Koch and her students for sharing their talents with our 4-Hers!
Each participant was able to make, bake and take home their own creations!
