Lead Carpenter – Griffith Builders

Pay Range
• $20–$25/hr, based on experience and performance

Responsibilities
• Run job sites independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Train, lead, and oversee helper(s)
• Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs early
• Read and follow plans, layouts, and scope of work
• Deliver quality craftsmanship with pride in finished work

Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Dependable, insured vehicle for daily transportation
• 4+ years of hands-on construction experience (remodeling, framing, trim, decks, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on site
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Own basic hand tools and tool belt
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Professional attitude when interacting with clients

Preferred (Not Required)
• Leadership or crew-lead experience
• Experience in residential remodeling
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field
