We want to thank you all for your kind words and wishes for us earlier this year! We also heard many of you when asking us to share recipes for your favorite Rail dishes.

Now that things have settled down, we are exploring possibilities for a Rail cookbook and would love to hear which recipes you would like to see in the comment section below ⬇️

In the meantime, we will be sharing some new recipes on our blog on Instagram or at www.thewayfarerskitchen.com. Our most recent recipe, Mediterranean Chickpea Salad, is based on one of our most popular Rail sides - Cucumber Tomato Salad. We look forward to hearing which Rail recipes you’d like to possibly see in a cookbook. Thanks! 😊

As we enter the new year and take a look back at the last 10 years of Rail & Cone + Crumb we couldn’t be prouder of our little market becoming what it is today.

As we look to the past, it also makes us look to our future. Not only what our business looks like, but looking ahead to what we want the next 10 years to look like in our family. Those who know business, especially restaurants, know the constant demands and what it’s like to devote yourself fully to it. While we have devoted countless hours to our business, it’s time we reset and devote that same energy into family and personal well being.

Next week will be our last week with you all. Rail & Cone + Crumb will lock its doors for the last time on Saturday, January 13th.

It has been our honor to serve such an amazing community for the last 10 years and to work with the best team in the industry. We’ve met some amazing people and forged some bonds that will last a lifetime. This was an incredibly hard decision for us but we believe it’s the right one for us and our family. We thank you and our team for a great decade!
