Robo Racing

Been on a little but of a mid season break. Now we are back in the seat of the 42 tonight at US 24 Speedway. Should be a good night with a packed class full of cars, have my work cut out for me but we will give it our best. Racing at 7 best 10 dollar entertainment around these days!

Night #2 Hosier dirt cup. Hope to have some more success and improvement from night #1.

Got the car cleaned up and ready for night #1 of the Hoosier Dirt Cup. Idk how many of the days I will partake in, but I know we’re rolling out tomorrow and I’m excited to give it a go. Hot laps at around 7 at Circus City SpeedPlex. Good luck to everyone running.

Well we had a bit of interesting night. We were ok in hot laps. In the heat race I went to step on the gas and my foot just slipped right off so I lost two spots right off the bat and struggled to find any rhythm and just stayed in 6th. Which put us in the B-main started 3rd and was able to just hold my spot and lock in to the feature. Rolled off 19th and for the first 9 laps I tried my hand at running the top and realized I wasn’t quite ready for that and following the first yellow I decided to give the bottom a go, and quickly realized that I was turning much better laps. Ended up running up to 12th, tying for the race “Hard Charger”. Overall happy with the night and seem to be getting better every night I hit the track.

Went Racing last night at Circus City SpeedPlex. We had trouble with the carbs right before hot laps on the 42. So we busted tail to get them fixed up and we did get it ready for the heat race we made the call and I was a little skittish with it and we ended up finishing 6th with a +1 passing points putting us starting 15th in the feature. In the feature we really found something on the bottom and the car came alive and we avoided issues and strong restarts to run up to 8th. Plus 7 for me as a driver is really awesome. Super proud of myself Adam and of course Natalie Lewis, she worked her but off at the track last night and I couldn’t ask for a better partner in this.
