One Whole Decade 💍 Ultimate Pi Day 3.14.15 💕
Not sure how it happens, everyone always warns you how quickly time will pass. They aren’t wrong.
What an amazing party we threw 10 years ago. The picture quality was not near as good, my hair was WAY too big, my DIY decorations were probably sub par and I did my own makeup! That’s unheard of these days 😂 But the person I chose to walk through life with and love forever… top tier.
Forever grateful to have you as a partner and best friend! Love you so much and cheers to many more years! Happy Anniversary! 🥂

We are no stranger to the ER… or the hospital at all for that matter. But this was new territory with it not being our medically complex child. 🤪
Kamryn decided to give us a nice little scare yesterday. We still really don’t know exactly what happened. When she woke up she was not acting like her usual self. She was very tired, hazy and out of it. I figured she could be coming down with a virus and getting sick.
After watching her closely for a little bit, she ended up having 3 separate “episodes”, as we are calling it. Very much in a daze, not verbally responsive but kind of seemed like she understood what I was saying. They came and went but after getting some food in her belly, she started doing much better.
We decided to go to the ER, per her pediatrician, just to be safe. Especially with family history of seizures. Our girl was such a trooper, she was “strong like bubba” she said. After 10 hours in the ER, several tests ran, bloodwork taken and a team looking over her, we don’t really have answers. Another thing we are all too familiar with.
The positives: does not seem to be any seizure activity. All “scary bad things” ruled out. She’s been acting herself with zero signs of sickness since yesterday around 2pm. We will continue to watch her closely and hope this was a one time strange thing.
Kids man… they sure love to keep us on our toes!
In other news, Kai went to school, got to hang out with grandma and had a great day! A win in my book!
Cheers to most likely already hitting our deductible for 2025 🥳 and we can’t blame Kai this time!
