Body Aware Bowenwork

my low back in 2006, I had been living with mild to moderate discomfort for about two and a half year, and had difficulty staying in any position for more than a few minutes at a time. Following a brief demonstration by the Bowenwork practitioner who had come to my school, I stood up without back pain, and remained pain free for months following. I spent the next year taking the Bowenwork training through the American Bowen Academy. I am an Associate Instructor, and on the path to becoming a full Bowenwork Instructor. I have also taken scar tissue release coursework associated with Tom Bowen's technique, MSRT.
