Two men began turning work into jobs so they could feed their families. Others joined them along the way, to become one of the largest construction companies in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. Those values still ring true today as Kokosing, Inc. has grown to encompass transportation, industrial, and marine contracting capabilities as well as asphalt and aggregate supply. Throughout this growth and development Kokosing has stayed consistently grounded to the roots of its beginning.

We’re pleased to welcome our 2026 summer co-ops!
This year, Kokosing hired 108 co-ops from more than 38 colleges and universities, setting a new record as our largest class ever.
Placed throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, they’ll work across our group of companies on a variety of projects and industry sectors. We’re excited for them to keep learning, growing their skills, and contributing to real-world work. We can’t wait to see the impact they make!
