Wow! Five immersive worlds, one amazing theme park - Universal Epic Universe! Step through the portals into the excitement of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and Celestial Park.

First up - Celestial Park! This visually stunning area of the park contains two unique rides - Stardust Racers (a duel launch racing coaster that hurls you across the cosmos) and Constellation Carousel (an imaginative constellation themed carousel that allows you to ride celestial lions, dragons, bears, and more). Several shopping and dining options can also be found throughout the land. We enjoyed delicious meals at Pizza Moon and Meteor Astropub. This area of the park is not to be missed at night, as it really comes to life with beautiful light shows, dancing fountains, immersive music, and a private entry to the Universal Helios Grand Hotel.

Today might just be one of my favorite holidays - DOLE WHIP DAY! On our visit earlier this month, we couldn’t wait to try this fun Dole Whip option available at Storybook Treats at Magic Kingdom. The Rapunzel Sundae features Shortcake with Wild Berry Soft-serve and DOLE Whip® Lemon topped
with Berry Compote and Sugar Flowers - and it’s definitely a new family favorite!

By the way, notice Sydney’s cute look? She was so excited to try this new taste treat while “Disney Bounding” as her favorite Disney character. Can you see it? Disney Bounding is very popular in the Disney parks and is a subtle way to dress up in a style that takes inspiration from a specific Disney character through the use of everyday clothes, accessories, solid colors, and key accent pieces.

We had a fantastic time in the Great Smoky Mountains for Spring Break! So many amazing resorts, hotels, attractions, sights, and of course, the national park! I love escaping to nature just as much as I love running around a theme park.
