The Canadian Healthcare Navigation Conference (CHNC) invites you to submit your abstracts for the 5th Annual Conference. The abstract submission deadline is Jan. 17, 2025.
The theme for CHNC 2025 is Impact Through Implementation: Best Practices in Developing, Establishing, and Advancing Healthcare Navigation Programs.
