Are they real?

🔹And what will happen if I don't meet them - what is my genuine worry?
What are the worst results?

🔹Is there a real urgency?
Is there a more reasonable, relaxed plan I can figure out?

🔹Can I make more space for myself, and make independent choices and priority?

🔹What do I really need right now?
And how can I provide it to myself?

🔹And how can I best communicate my relaxed decisions to myself and to others?
