Two of our gym members, Edward and Casey, are busting their asses inside and outside of the gym.

They're training in a 4- month fight camp to get ready for their first amateur fight on May 7th at the MGM Fenway, and have vowed to raise at least $10k each to fight cancer.

Come support them at this super fun fundraising event next Monday - shucking oysters and sipping wine! The perfect way to start off your week.

New Programming Alert!

Come hit stuff on Wednesdays in our new Bags and Mitts class. Rotate through the bags and into the ring to work mitts with me! Offered Wednesdays at 11am, 530pm and 630pm.

For you morning peeps - Bags and Conditioning is offered at 7am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and now Fridays!!

Total Success. The BoxSmith outing to Hometown Arcade was a lot of fun! Lots of laughs and both great and terrible attempts at all the different games...

Hey BoxSmith! Come join us from 2-4pm today at Hometown Arcade for some outside-of- the-gym fun with your gym family! Feel free to bring family and friends. It's just $20 per person for unlimited play - old-school pinball, skeeball, Arcade games and new games on Nintendo etc consoles. They have pizza snacks and beverages. See you there!

BoxSmith is kicking off the holiday season with a Thanksgiving Drive! We have identified 4 families in our community that need a little help this year.
