Eight years ago, I just wanted out of construction. My body was beat up, I was exhausted, and real estate felt like the only path that made sense. The plan was simple: sell a few houses a year and make a decent living. That’s it. Nothing fancy.

Never — and I mean never — did I expect what’s happening now.

The 2025 numbers just came in. Massachusetts has around 6,650 active agents, and roughly 4,100 of them are in Boston.

For 2025, I ranked #9️⃣in Boston for transaction sides and #2️⃣5️⃣ for volume.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around it.

This is what happens when you genuinely love the work. My job isn’t “selling houses.” MY JOB IS HELPING PEOPLE MOVE — INTO NEW CHAPTERS, NEW OPPORTUNITIES and NEW BEGINNINGS. The buying and selling is just the vehicle that gets them there.

Here's the crazy part. You won't find me in the hometown weekly newspaper, I spend very little on mailers, you won't find me on shopping carts, I do not spend thousands to subscribe to Zillow leads. My business is almost entirely referral, it's a Face to Face business and this one is based on TRUST.
