On Friday, I joined the F4 Frogs 🐸 Class of 2029 for the Expert Physical Fitness Assessment (EPFA) as part of the Team Leader Academy for this year’s Cadet Summer Training. Well Done 🐸’s!
EPFA = 1 mile run in kit, 30 hand release push ups, 100 yard sprint, 16 x 44lb bag lift onto platform, 50 meter 44lb bag suitcase carry, 50 meter IMT, 1 mile run in kit. Standard =30 minutes or less.
