MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY ✨

The best weeks always start on a Monday... I know what you're thinking. Mondays? Really? But hear me out.

Mondays are a fresh start. A chance to leave the past behind and start anew. A day to set new goals and make plans for the week ahead.

When you start your week off on a positive note, it's more likely that the rest of your week will be successful as well. So here are a few tips for making the most of your Mondays:

• Set realistic goals for the week. What do you want to achieve? Once you know your goals, you can start to make a plan for how you're going to achieve them.
•Plan your schedule. Take some time on Sunday evening to plan your week's schedule, blocking time for important tasks and appointments. This will help you to stay organized and on track.
• Get enough sleep. It's hard to be productive when you're exhausted. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
• Eat a healthy breakfast. A nutritious breakfast will give you the energy you need to start your day off right.
• Take breaks. Taking breaks throughout the day is important, even for just a few minutes. Get up and move around, or step outside for some fresh air.
• And most importantly, don't forget to have fun! Life is too short to be miserable all the time. So find something to enjoy about your Mondays, even if it's just a small thing.

So go forth and conquer your Mondays! The best weeks always start on a Monday, after all.

Firstly, what defines a "shifting market"? Simply put, this means any market that is different from the one we were previously experiencing (aka the “unicorn market” we’ve experienced these past 3 years). One crucial indicator of what kind of market we’ll head into next is how long homes sit on the market. In our local market, we’ve been seeing listings spend slightly more time on the market before selling, which suggests we're emerging from a seller's market, and are beginning to shift into a more balanced one.

Gone are the days of getting some professional photos and throwing your home on the market to sell in 2 days for 100k over asking!

So, what does this mean for sellers? It means it is crucial to get your home looking its best — and the best way to do this is through staging.

Staging your home will make it stand out from other homes on the market, and you won't waste a single opportunity to create a great impression. A professionally staged home not only highlights its potential but also helps buyers envision their future in the space.
