The Wenatchee Valley College district is the size of Massachusetts and Rhode Island combined, covering more than 10,000 square miles of Chelan, Douglas and Okanogan counties. The Wenatchee campus is located near the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains, midway between Seattle and Spokane. SPOTLIGHT ON FACULTY // Netflix's new documentary "The American Experiment" features WVC's very own Professor Derek Sheffield as the voice of Gouverneur Morris, a Founding Father who was known as the "Penman of the Constitution."
The documentary examines the founding of America on its 250th anniversary. Professor Sheffield's voice can be heard in the fourth episode of "The American Experiment."
