What's your favorite cucumber salad recipe?
I like to make my cucumber salad with a simple dressing I make from scratch, that's absolutely delicious. Add fresh lemon juice, mix in a ripe avocado and add a little salt and pepper for extra flavor. It's really healthy, as well.
